EO2S, European leader in indirect gas detection, is dedicated to innovative refrigeration and air conditioning technologies that enhance both efficiency and sustainability.

These state-of-the-art solutions stem from extensive experience in refrigeration engineering as well as leadership roles in design offices, where as Technical Director, the founders have collaborated with major refrigeration installers.

Having successfully equipped over 6800 hypermarkets and supermarkets, EO2S stands as an industry pioneer, demonstrating remarkable advancements in this field.

Among other products, we market industry-leading solutions such as the ICE system (Energy Calculation Integrator) and the SMART system.

2011

The initial prototype was created, thanks to years of testing carried out by ADT+, one of the most renowned refrigeration engineering companies in Luxembourg and France.

2013

Founded by seasoned engineers René Prigent and Mathieu Auclerc, who collectively bring over 40 years of experience in the industry. The founders and their collaborators honed their expertise within engineering consultancies working for large international groups such as MC INTERNATIONAL & EQUANS.

2019

Over 3 487 SMART units have been successfully deployed in leading food retailers across France and Europe.
To enhance the existing lineup, the Smart Lite has now been launched on the market.

2025

6 800 SMART unis installed
EO2S has decided to expand its technology into international markets, with a particular focus on the American and Iberian markets.
