Case study: hypermarket
Sales area surface: 12,450 m²
Monitored equipment:
4 positive refrigeration units: 3 x D8DJ-600X using R404A refrigerant with air-cooled condensers.
The left side of the red line shows the reference consumption (approximately 5,500 kWh), which triggered detection by the ICE system.
The right side of the red line shows consumption after drift correction. Current average consumption is around 4,000 kWh.
Energy savings: approximately –27%.
Payback period achieved: 2.5 months.
Case study: ice rink
Rink surface area: 56 m x 26 m
Monitored equipment:
1 positive refrigeration unit: 4 x HSK 8571-110 using R134a, water-cooled via dry cooler.
The blue curve represents the reference consumption before the installation of the ICE system.
The red curve shows the actual consumption after the ICE system was installed.
